Stefani Lecheva graduated in 1991 from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA) "Krastyo Sarafov," specializing in "Acting Mastery" in the class of Prof. Elena Baeva.

Throughout the years, Stefani Lecheva's professional engagements went hand in hand with numerous concert performances, book presentations of various authors, and other cultural events in cities like Silistra, Varna, Pleven, Sofia, Razgrad, Shumen, and more.
Stefani Lecheva's artistic journey is a colorful and rich palette of roles. When she became part of the troupe of the Drama-Puppet Theater "Vasil Drumev" in Shumen, one role after another started pouring in. She embodied dozens of characters, such as Elitsa from "Boryana" by Yordan Yovkov, directed by Nikolay Kolov, Kina in "Tatul" by Georgi Karaslavov, directed by Dimo Deshev, The Woman in "January" by Yordan Radichkov, directed by Alexander Ilindenov, Sarka in "Bereaved Family" by Branislav Nušić, directed by Yuri Dachev, Baba in "Sisters" by Lyudmila Razumovska, directed by Vaselena Radeva, Mother Daria in "Towards the Abyss" based on Ivan Vazov, directed by Bina Haralampiva, Dora in "Two" by Tanya Shahova, directed by Maxima Boeva, Mihalitsa in "Here I Come" by Yonka Ilieva, directed by D. Dimitrov, Baba Marta in "Michal Mishkoed" by S. Dobroplodni, dramaturgical version by K. Karageorgiev, directed by S. Sabev, and many others. The roles of Stefani Lecheva are countless.
She has won numerous awards, including the first prize for "Acting Art of the Actors participating in the performance 'Bulgaria Begins Here'”, “For truly documentary and strongly impactful ensemble play" at the National Festival of Small Theatrical Formats in Vratsa in 2016.
The play "Bulgaria Begins Here" received a nomination from the "Askeer Academy" for "Best Performance" in 2016 and won an award for the overall performance at the Drumevi Theatrical Holidays - New Bulgarian Drama in Shumen in 2016, as well as the award for the best female role at the TF "New Bulgarian Drama" in Shumen in 2021.
Stefani Lecheva has also received numerous awards from multiple participations in the National Competition for Hungarian and Bulgarian Literature "Lajos Kossuth" in Shumen.
